MP Mixer Series: Heavy Duty

Description

Heavy duty batch mixers for powders and granules with light to heavy bulk density and good to difficult flow behavior. Designed for light to very intensive use. The addition of liquid (s) or grease (s) is also possible. The MP series is the most versatile. It is aimed for the food industry, food supplements, chemical industry, cosmetics, pharmaceutics (GMP compliant), ceramics and any other high-tech application.

Advantages of MP vs. MJ and MJ-C mixer series

Maximum tilting range for a wider range of products to mix :

- MP-150 and below : -45° à +60°
- MP-500 and above : -95° to +60°

Full discharge possible

GMP compliant: MP mixer series are best for the contamination control between batches

Standard Equipment

All the structure and the parts in contact with the products are made of stainless steel AISI 304/ DIN 1.4301

Mixing tank mounted on 2 pivots for the tilting

Tilting electrically controlled

Inside mirror-polished tank: For an increased hygiene and an easier cleaning

Transparent lid or with windows for visual inspection during the mixing process

Variable speed control: for intensive or soft mixing

Quick removable mixing screw without tools: for an easy and fast cleaning

Mobile mixer on wheels

Loading hopper integrated for an easier filling

Vibrator: to help mix sticky powders as well as discharge in some cases

Protected air bearings: To prevent the infiltration of very fine and / or abrasive powders into the bearings of the mixing screw. The life of the bearings is thus preserved

Delumpers:

– For more efficient integration of low-ratio ingredients such as liquids, fats or powders.
– To avoid the formation of lumps when adding liquid / grease
- To eliminate existing lumps

Explosive environments: MP mixers could also be delivered as Ex equipment for ATEX/Ex areas
