Our Story

1974

Paul Wirth first founded the company Pro-Distribution Manutention SA based in Geneva, Switzerland. The company name will be soon renamed in its compact form “Prodima” which was first a trademark and then the company name. At that time, Prodima started by developing and manufacturing industrial machines for dosing, mixing, transporting and stocking bulk goods.

1980

First success story of Prodima: the Rubik’s Cube
Prodima was selected to develop and supply the whole raw material feeding and coloration system that goes into the production plant of the Rubik’s Cubes based in Hungary.

1996

Laureate of the Swiss Life Award in the French part of Switzerland rewarding Prodima for its creativity and innovation for its mixers.

1997

Paul Wirth sells Prodima. He continues to collaborate with it until 2001.

2004

Paul Wirth acquires the right to manufacture the Prodima mixers

Since septembre 2010

Paul Wirth focuses on his core business: the development, manufacturing, the continuous improvement and the distribution of the Prodima mixers under the company name: Prodima Mixers SA.
